Our cashew farm in Rungungu Village, Kibiti District is one of our flagship agricultural projects, focused on producing high-quality cashew nuts while promoting sustainable farming practices. The fertile soils and favorable climate of the Rufiji Basin make Kibiti an ideal location for cashew cultivation, ensuring strong yields and excellent nut quality.
The farm is managed with a blend of modern agricultural techniques and traditional knowledge, allowing us to maximize productivity while conserving the environment. We prioritize eco-friendly practices such as intercropping, organic soil enrichment, and water conservation. This approach not only safeguards the land for future generations but also enhances the natural taste and quality of our cashew nuts.
Beyond cultivation, our cashew farm plays a vital role in community development. It creates jobs for local residents, empowers smallholder farmers through knowledge-sharing, and serves as a key supplier for our cashew processing factory in Kibiti. By integrating farming and processing, we ensure that more value from cashew production stays within the community, contributing to rural growth and economic empowerment.
Our vision is to make Rungungu a model for sustainable cashew farming in Tanzania, producing premium nuts for both domestic consumption and international markets while uplifting the local community.
